Covid and lockdown, unvaccinated people in Austria will be forced to stay indoors from tomorrow

Austria, 65% of the population received both doses of the vaccine, lower than the European average (67%) but above all compared to Italy, France and Spain. In practice, unvaccinated people will not be able to leave the house except for shopping, sporting activities or for medical treatment and this from 12 years of age. The lockdown for the unvaccinated affects two million people and will remain in place for ten days.

Anyone who does not respect the rules or refuses to be checked can be fined up to 1450 euros. The arrest was also contemplated.
