The schedule of the Red and White before the trip to Brest
Boosted by their fifth victory in Ligue 1 this season against Montpellier (3-1), AS Monaco players will have a good week of work and recovery, to prepare for the trip to Brest next Sunday.
And six! By winning their duel against Montpellier Hérault this Sunday at the Stade Louis-II (3-1 success), Niko Kovac’s men gleaned a sixth victory over their last nine outings, in all competitions. The fourth in Ligue 1, over the last five games. Three additional points therefore, which allow the teammates of Kevin Volland, scorer and decisive passer for the occasion, to stay two short lengths of the podium of the elite.

Slogan = recovery!
But above all a success which allows to calmly approach a week placed under the sign of recovery, before the trip to Brest next Sunday (5 p.m. on Canal + Sport). No European match actually on the program of this new septaine, which should allow the organizations of the Red and Whites to rest, which has been severely tested since the start of the season. The latter thus played their 18th game against the MHSC, including seven European matches.
Training open to the public
Be careful not to underestimate the Stade Brestois, which even if it is still looking for its first league victory this season, had trapped a very young AS Monaco at home last season on the 6th day of L1. (1-0 loss). Here is the preparation program for the Monegasques this week, before an already crucial meeting at the tip of Brittany.
Note that Thursday’s training, exceptionally at the Stade Louis-II, will be open to the public, and accessible free of charge by prior online reservation.
