Another Manifesto, another joy: Prague has a new open space where you feel like spending time and having a great meal
At the beginning of September, the third Manifesto opened in Prague. You can find it at Anděl’s at the Na Knížecí crossroads, which has been “decorated” for many years by a very dubious market. The place, which was advisable to avoid, became a place where it is more than pleasant to go. For food, for a drink or just like that. It’s good here.
When the first Manifesto opened in Florence a few years ago, it was beautiful and perhaps too worldly for anyone. We’ll see. And we saw. The manifesto proved extraordinary viability, withstood both summer and winter, even in the time of the covid, and today it shows direction and inspires. As a reminder: the Manifesto concept occupies unused and neglected urban spaces, these are temporary projects, it is expected that in the future it will give way to development before it happens, but we can make it more beautiful here. And also sustainable, friendly or considerate as you want. The manifesto relies on recycling. The architects used building corpora made of containers and a number of other elements from Manifesta No. 2, which ended at the end of July, for the new project. There are currently two Manifests in Prague. Again, it is a place where you can choose from a variety of food and beverages, but also sit, meet, go to a concert, to a movie.
