It is necessary to have an annual subscription for the protection of Lítačka or in the mobile application PID Lítačka or at the Czech Railways Inkarta. Then you need to download the application of Rekola or Nextbike operators to your phone and create an account on it and connect it with Lítačka, provide this option as soon as it starts on the main screen. It is necessary to enter the login email and password from Lítačka in them.
Anyone who has only a paper coupon purchased from a transport company is unlucky, because it cannot be connected to the mobile application. However, it is a matter of transferring the paper coupon to the electronic Flyer card and then proceeding as described above.
And how can a bike be rented? The bike operator application shows on the map where the nearest bike is or you can simply come to a parked bike. Then in the application you need to click on the button to start riding and scan the QR code on the frame of the bicycle and we are going.
In 15 minutes you can drive five times depending on the terrain and drive to the nearest metro or tram station and park your bike there. The fact is that bicycle stands have recently grown like metro mushrooms after metro stations. “We want to motivate people to make more use of public transport and get them an even more comfortable and faster way, even in places where public transport does not offer intervals so often,” adds Petr Tomčík, director of ROPID.
