Station managers are back in Dijon station this Thursday, October 14
In Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, the operation will take place in Montbard and Dijon. Local artisans market, cooking competitions, culinary demonstrations by the students of the hotel school Le Castel or by the chef Blanche Loiseau, “La Côte d’Or”, at the helm of the Road Show: Dijon travelers will take full advantage of the taste buds.
On the program Thursday, October 14, in Dijon station:
• From 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., Blanche Loiseau, who joined the team of chef Patrick Bertron at the restaurant The gold Coast** in Saulieu, will do a culinary demonstration in the company of Lucie Darosey, pastry chef at Loiseau des Ducs * in Dijon, during this Road Show hosted by Loïc Ballet.
Blanche Loiseau has a love of cooking, like her father Bernard Loiseau. With a master’s degree in culinary arts and innovation at the Institut Paul Bocuse, in 2021 she joined the brigade of chef Patrick Bertron at the two-star restaurant “La Côte-d’Or”. At 23, Blanche Loiseau is driven by a prodigious gastronomic culture and a devouring passion for gourmet products.
• From 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., students from the Le Castel hotel school offer entertainment and culinary tastings.
• From 3 p.m. the Regional Final of the Chef de Gare cooking competition will take place.

At the end of these events, the 7 winners will be invited to Paris on Saturday October 16 during the grand finale sponsored by chef Michel Rostang, Le Train Bleu, Paris Gare de Lyon.
