Prague will be represented by 23 deputies. Let’s wait for someone to sit in the House
Two deputies are sent to the new Chamber of Deputies by the Prague 2 district. In addition to the mayor Jana Černochová (ODS), her colleague from the council of the second district, Michal Zuna (TOP 09), also became a deputy. Similarly, Prague 5, where Mayor Renáta Zajíčková (ODS), will be accompanied to the lower house of parliament by the Deputy Mayor of Prague 5 Lubomír Brož (ANO 2011). And they are not the only ones representing municipal policy – the deputies became the mayor of Prague 15 (Milan Wenzl – YES 2011), Prague 6 (Ondřej Kolář – TOP 09) and Prague – Satalic (Milada Voborská – STAN). These include, for example, the Deputy Mayor of Prague 6, Jan Lacina (STAN).
Voborská got among the six members of the Pirates and STAN coalition thanks to preferential votes from 16th place as a candidate, another jumper was Hayato Okamura, who jumped from 15th place among 11 members of the Together coalition and the director of the Prague Spring Roman Bělor, who was 11th Pirates and TENT.
