Dijon. School agents strike announced for Tuesday
The CGT and FO Ville de Dijon unions have filed a specific strike notice for “school agents” (technical agents, Atsem, animation assistants, administrative assistants, etc.) for the day of Tuesday, October 5. They denounce “a lack of staff shouting with a considerable impact on the physical and mental health of [leurs] colleagues ”. The subject was also on the menu of the health, safety and working conditions committee (CHSCT) on Thursday, September 30.
“Recruitment and better working conditions”
“There were already recruitment difficulties for the animation sector, but this year, we have a major staffing problem in the technical sector, that is to say the agents who take care of the household and serve in school restaurants. », Affirms Sandrine El Mekki for the CGT. “These are physically difficult jobs, where we hire contract workers with the courts. The territorial function is no longer attractive, it is not specific to the City of Dijon, ”she adds.
The CGT and FO unions are asking for “hiring” and “better working conditions”. According to Sandrine El Mekki, some three hundred agents could be affected by these claims.
