Another clothing store is heading to the Czech Republic. He opened HalfPrice in Prague
The retail chain HalfPrice opened its first store in the Czech Republic in Prague. This is the multi-storey clothing store that has opened in our country since the beginning of this year.
A new clothing store is coming to Czech. The retail chain HalfPrice opened its first store at the Harfa Gallery in Prague at the beginning of the week. He wants to open more of them in the Czech Republic from next year.
The discount chain HalfPrice is owned by the Polish group CCC. In addition to the Czech Republic and Poland, it also operates in Austria, Hungary, and will appear in Croatia at the end of the year. It immediately intends to attract branded clothing, footwear, toys and home accessories. “The network builds on the off-price concept, in which it offers branded goods directly from manufacturers at low prices,” the company writes in a press release.
“The Czech Republic is particularly close to us, not only due to its geographical location, but also due to the long-term ties of the CCC Group,” said Adam Holewa, Chairman of the Board of HalfPrice.
In the first half of this year, nine retail brands opened in the Czech Republic. The most important of these is the Irish Primark, which opened on the corner of Wenceslas Square and long queues formed in front of it. However, it also opened the luxury brand Versace and the Slovak clothing brand Dedoles.
In addition to HalfPrice, the Polish company CCC also operates a shoe store CCC or eobuv.cz, Modivo and DeeZee in the Czech Republic.
