The Recruiters’ Village is fairly representative of a job market that spans many sectors.
Since 2016, the objective of the Recruiters’ Village has been to bring together in an ephemeral Village on the one hand the Recruiters (companies that recruit, employment agencies, recruitment firms and training organizations), and on the other hand several thousand candidates who came especially to pass a “mini” job interview.
The Recruiters’ Village has become an unmissable event for recruitment and training in Dijon. In 2020, more than 3,500 candidates were welcomed to the event and at least 170 recruitments were recorded. This year, more than 1,000 job offers (60% of which are on permanent contracts) and more than 500 training offers will be available at this event.
