Louis Le Franc, prefect of Pas-de-Calais, has decided to extend the obligation to wear a mask in certain areas with a high population concentration of the department. Several areas are concerned:

– Gatherings (including declared event, concert, festival, street show …)
– Places near stations, airports, ports, within a radius of 50 meters;
– Pedestrian areas, permanent and temporary, on Saturdays and days of special events within them leading to a high concentration of people;
– The surroundings of places of worship within a radius of 50 meters during religious services and ceremonies
– The surroundings, within a radius of 50 m, of the entrances and exits of childcare establishments, schools, colleges, high schools, teaching premises, university buildings and artistic teaching establishments;
– The surroundings of any public or private reception area for the public in front of waiting files are formed.
This obligation, however, applies to pedestrian streets and / or shopping areas and / or busy sites in coastal municipalities.
