This is an event for all Tintinophiles. Friday September 24, 2021, in Toulouse, the auction house Primardeco hosts an incredible collection of objects from the universe ofHergé , the creator of the comic book hero Tintin.
More than 500 lots for sale
This belongs to a passionate about the work of Georges remi (the real name of Hergé). Of Belgian origin and living in the Pyrenees, this collector took more than 30 years to collect these pieces. In total, more than 500 lots are on sale.
There is something for all tastes (and all prices!): “Pixis and derivative objects, dioramas, games, cars, dolls, pubs, records, dishes, figurines, metal boxes, diaries, greeting cards, telephone cards , calendars, and of course albums, reviews and books on Tintin. You will even find rolls of wallpaper in new condition, enough to cover an entire room, ”lists Primardeco.
If you do not plan to buy but you love the world of Tintin, it will be possible to attend the public exhibition of the lots, Thursday September 23 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and on the morning of the sale.
A very rare Blue Lotus
Estimates vary between 10 and 4,000 euros.
Among the nuggets of this collection, we find an original edition of 1936, in black and white, from Lotus Blue. The album is estimated between 3,000 and 4,000 euros.
“The collection includes rare editions of the Small Twentieth, a newspaper in which Hergé wrote in the 1930s and then all the periodicals of the Journal Tintin from the first year of its publication in 1946 until the last in June 1988 ″, adds Primardeco.
