“The opening of Primark in Prague is without a doubt the most significant entry of a new brand from the family fashion and accessories segment on the local market – not only this year, but over the past almost twenty years. The last similar arrival was the opening of the & M store in 2003, “says Jan Kotrbáček, head of the retail leasing team for Central and Eastern Europe from Cushman & Wakefield.
The Irish network signed a lease agreement for the premises in the new The Flow Building on Wenceslas Square as early as May 2019.
