Study: Rents in Prague for 2 + kk flats fell by 15.9 percent in the first quarter
Long-term energy-free in Prague for the most popular layout of 2 + kk in the first quarter of the current position fell by 15.9 percent to 14,000 per month. Compared to the end of last year, it decreased by 6.7 percent. Of the other five largest cities in the Czech Republic, it also fell in Ostrava (by 9.5 percent), Pilsen (by 8.7 percent) and Brno (by 2.9 percent). It stagnated in Liberec and Olomouc. In the case of 1 + kk flats, the main rent at the end of the first quarter of the city fell by 16 percent to 10,500 crowns per month, in the case of 3 + kk it decreased by a fifth to 20,000 crowns. Compared to the third quarter, rents for dispositions 1 + kk decreased by 4.5 percent, for flats 3 + kk they decreased by 2.4 percent.
In Brno, the monthly rent for the most popular flats 2 + kk decreased by 2.9 percent to 13,500 crowns, for flats 1 + kk it will decrease by five percent to 9,500 crowns, in the case of 3 + kk it increased by 2.5 percent to 18,450 crowns .
The rent for the most popular disposition from the largest cities in the Czech Republic also fell in Ostrava, it exists by 9.5 percent to 9050 crowns per month, in Pilsen, by 8.7 percent to 10,500 crowns. In Liberec it stagnated at 10,000 crowns, in Olomouc it remained at 12,000 crowns.
