The quality of life in cities was assessed by D&L Partners based on three pillars. The first of these concerns the level of income, including in which cities inequality prevails and what opportunities residents have, for example, in access to education. The second pillar deals with how different groups of the population can participate in the running of society. The third pillar then measures the quality of the infrastructure, the availability of housing or enough job opportunities.
