Prague is considering the sale of terraces on Budějovická, which is in a state of disrepair
He started working on the demolition project at the beginning of this year. Now it has announced a tender for a company that will prepare the remaining documents.
“No work can be carried out at the site, as the ordered emergency has already been carried out and we do not yet have the necessary permits for further work,” said Vít Hofman, a spokesman for the municipality.
One of the variants of the solution is a sale for the city, probably to the adjacent House of Housing Culture (DBK).
“We have submitted a legal assessment of the sale options. Based on the results of the legal assessment, the possible subject of sale will be known, for which the sales price will be determined by an expert opinion, “said the spokesman.
The passage will not open yet
The passage is closed from the end due to the state of emergency January and people going to the polyclinic or the town hall of Prague 4 must go around the passage. Already in June, the municipality approached the CTU to prepare an opinion on the possible strengthening of the struts.
“We sent a request to the CTU expert institute to send us and guarantee the bridging of the struts so that it would be possible to open the entrance to the metro. We have already urged CTU to send their comments, “said Hofman. He did not say when she would have her city.
From the very beginning, not only the DBK, but also the City Hall of Prague 4 did not like the use of the passage. At the beginning of June, the Ministry of Transport ordered the municipality to believe that the terrace and passage could be made accessible.
In addition to the passage, the southern exit from the metro is also closed. People have to go to the polyclinic and the town hall of Prague 4 in the direction of Olbrachtova street and then go either around DBK, or along Budějovická or Poláčková street and turn into Antala Staška street, where the building stands.
