Gare at Pranho Bridge will open, residents will not rush to the parking lot
The lack of parking spaces keep going in the metropolis all the time. After those years of futility, the situation of the wall now makes an underground parking lot with 340 places, which stands at Milady Horkov Street in Prague 6. In trial mode, it will open in five weeks.
From July 2, the gare will be open. At present, they have been approved for operation and cleaned up, and now the staff is on duty, informs Tom Jlek, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SNEO Patc Praha 6, who will operate the parking lot.
A specific 130 cities will be intended for short-term wall and now it is so clear that people here pay 40 crowns per hour and have to prepare 150 crowns for parking the whole day.
In the next floor, an area will be reserved for 144 cars and 11 motorcycles resident. The first recipients from the surrounding towns of Hradany, Dejvice, Steovice and Bubene were able to register from the arrest of June and the middle of last week. The town hall expected a big deal, so it announced in advance that there would be a lottery ticket for a regulated price. In the end, only 52 inhabitants registered. The city of Prague 6 has things to do with free cities.
The next step will be decided in the near future, however, it can be reasonably assumed that now we will open the opportunity to report to the inhabitants of Prague 6, not only in the closest cadastres, as it was in the first round, says Prague 6 Ondej rmek.
A small resident nearby
The reason why the wall is not reserved for this, there are several. On the one hand, there are no buildings in the immediate vicinity and only villas with large plots of land are worth a long time. At the same time, the residents of the innovative houses in the vicinity of the Old Town do not have to pay for such parking, because they would have to use public transport when traveling to the car. He gave me a price and a price.
Although a private gar operator usually puts in a lot more, 800 crowns of money may not want to pay each other. For a comparable parking lot for other paid walls costs 1,200 crowns for the whole year. On the other hand, in the underground building, the residents are guaranteed a place, in addition, there is a safety against the vagaries of weather and vandals.
The fact that the nearby underground station on Letn in Prague 7 was well known. The whole area, with 315 revenues, was dismantled by the local residents last autumn in just a month.
The City Hall of Prague 7 therefore negotiated with the operator externally on 350 stn.
We are keeping a record, and when someone leaves, we will immediately offer the city further, points out the high demand of the Mayor of Prague 7, Ondej Mirovsk (PRO7 / Zelen). According to his opinion, such volume is caused by the lack of cities in this locality and the price, which is about 800 crowns per month.
The last space on the Pranm Bridge is intended for long-term commercial walls. With the first recipients of SNEO one at about msc. The Ministry of Defense and Culture, which shared nearby and called the Prague Castle Administration, expressed interest in Jlek, with the fact that the company was offering an offer to private companies in the area.
Ten years
The town hall of Prague 6 leased the parking lot for ten years for 100 thousand crowns. The first year should be, as trial, free. Of course, let’s cover all the traffic, revisions and the like, the spokesman says. The city’s space has only physically taken over until Monday, which is why it will be true that July will operate in test mode.
Prague 6 first according to the pedal of the company SNEO, which is currently acquainted with individual technologies and operation. At the same time, it will provide evening service, including repairs, concluding contracts with residents or peace of mind. The town hall will receive a contribution in the amount of 400 thousand crowns per month.
The underground park was created in the same way as a similar building on Letn in the town, which was built next to the Blanka tunnel complex. The original capital assumed that it would be operational at the same time as the tunnel itself opened in the autumn of 2015.
However, this did not happen for a long time due to the lack of equipment and the lengthy search for new drivers. Gare na Letn has been operating since mid-2017.
