was found dead in the river 30 years ago, the investigation reopened
The October 31, 1992 the body of Clare Bolognanesimissing for a few weeks, was found in Savio rivera Cesena. The affair was immediately dismissed as a suicide. More than 30 years the Forlì Public Prosecutor’s Office has opened a murder file against unknown persons which could be a prelude to the exhumation of the body for investigations made with techniques that were not available at the time. The local edition of Resto del Carlino reports it.
The story could have a discrepancy with another case of that period, that of another young girl from Cesena, Cristina Golinuccidisappeared into thin air on September 1, 1992. Even at the time there were those who suspected that the two cases were connected, but the investigations stopped. The two girls did not know each other, but they had attended the same school and the same religious circles. Cristina Golinucci disappeared on the outskirts of Cesena: she had to go to her confessor, a Capuchin friar from the convent of Ronta, at the gates of the city, where her car was found. However, the searches yielded no results.
To suggest a connection between the two cases also one of the hundreds of anonymous phone calls that arrived in those days: the parish priest of Ronta received it (who, however, spoke about it only in 2012), according to which a stranger telephoned him to tell him that shortly thereafter they would find the body of Chiara in the Savio and that of Cristina in the Tiber, near a Capuchin convent where there were two friars who had previously been to Cesena. fromanalysis of the remains of the body of Chiara Bolognesi, the Forlì prosecutor hypothesizes acquiring details that can shed light on the whole story.
