Rutskoi literally burns with napalm in this video – and, of course, he says indisputable things. Yes, Shoigu never served in the army (somehow it suddenly dawned on everyone, although it was already known in the fourth century), yes, the Russian army is incapable of waging a modern war, yes, it’s a pity for soldiers and officers who die for nothing or become disabled …

At the same time, somehow suddenly, literally overnight, Rutskoi suddenly became very numerous. One video, another video, the third video… Although it seems that everything has been safely forgotten for a long time. In the gray-haired and ancient year 2000 (!!), he was absolutely out of lawlessness the day before the vote was removed from the election of the governor of the Kursk region (who would have undoubtedly won by one wicket, there is not even a doubt), then in 2003 (again out of lawlessness) they were not allowed to elections in the same Kursk region to deputies of the State Duma (note that this was back in those days when such rampant “non-admissions” had not yet become a routine) (it is clear that he would have been easily elected to the Duma) … and since then he it seems like he lived quietly in the rank of a “political pensioner”, without rights, as of course, he was resurrected.

And suddenly here – time! Ghost from the past! It is also worth noting how unobtrusively Rutskoi, instead of a bunch of orders, wears “only” one single Star of the Hero of the Soviet Union (not Russia!) on his lapel. Even without the Order of Lenin (which comes with it). Wise, wise…

A thought involuntarily creeps in: maybe it’s “Zhzhzhzhzhzh!” – for a reason? Is Alexander not going to shake the world Vladimirovich … uh … old times? In the governors of the Kursk region, he is unlikely to want to (except to close the gestalt) – but he may have a higher goal (and there, too, if you look, the gestalt is not closed). Maybe he (and someone behind him) is aiming at the presidents of the Russian Federation?

Let’s take a quick look. And what – Rutskoy looks quite cheerful, even smart, his speech is coherent. The age of 75 years – years later, at the present time is quite childish and even, one might say, in a trend. Maybe Rutskoi is our Russian Biden?! And what, some parallels can be traced especially if we consider Putin as public opinion. Biden, like Rutskoi, was vice president under the president’s defender, whom he was going to challenge (Biden under Obama, Rutskoi under Yeltsin); he is also considered an old and uninteresting pensioner in the same way, Biden went to the presidential elections in 2020 at the age of 77 … And Rutskoi will only be 76 in 2024! At the same time, Rutskoi has another clear advantage over Biden: he is a Hero of the Soviet Union, while Biden is not.

Of course it’s a scam. But I would be against Rutskoi’s candidacy, not even because indirectly (I have been following the economy for a long time) I know that Rutskoi is no business executive. The thing is different – this all-Russian manner, which has set the teeth on edge even in Afghanistan, regarding the actions of the armed forces outside the country, moaning only and exclusively about “our boys” and remembering the loss of only our own, without even remembering for decency WHY and what for the sake of it were invasions and hostilities are started, and how much grief our “boys” get on their bayonets where no one expected them and did not want to see them.

In general, there is little shame and little guilt before ALIEN – that’s what I don’t like about Rutskoi’s performances. But I may be asking too much.
