Hanover. While there is still horror in Wunstorf at the violent death of a 14-year-old, investigations into suspected murder continue. The cause of death at the school festival has been known since Friday afternoon. As reported by the public prosecutor’s office in Hanover, the 14-year-old died as a result of blunt force trauma. According to information from this newspaper, the accused is said to have fatally injured the young person with several stones.

The alleged perpetrator and the victim can apparently and were on Tuesday to meet. The youth does not return from this meeting. His parents reported him missing that evening. The accused then stated that he had killed and hidden the other boy. On Wednesday afternoon, the police found the body on a wasteland near Wunstorf-Blumenau.

The accused has been in custody since Thursday on suspicion of murder in the Hamelin youth facility. According to the public prosecutor’s office, the reasons for detention are risk of flight and serious crime.
