Pension reform. New day of mobilization in Le Havre and Rouen

Several unions met at the Le Havre (Seine Maritime) Thursday, January 26, 2023 to demonstrate once again against the pension reform. The appointment was given near the town hall around 5:30 p.m.
A torchlight procession was formed and a parade in the streets, with the aim of showing that the anger is not empty. According to the CGT, around 300 people were present in the city Océane.
They don’t want pension reform
In Rouen, this Thursday, January 26, around fifty dockers blocked access to the cereal operator Sénalia at the level of the left bank quays to show their opposition to the report on the legal retirement age.
The general union of port workers of Le Havre denounces for its part an “unfair, antisocial and purely dogmatic” measure.
Next day of mobilization on January 31
On Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at the call of various unions, a torchlight procession against the pension reform was also organized in Rouen. A few hundred people gathered at the town hall before going down the rue de la République.
January 19, thousands of protesters had protested in Rouen and Le Havre against the pension reform. The next day of national mobilization is scheduled for January 31.
