Národní třída in Prague: A tram threw a girl several meters away
A 15-year-old girl who was hit by a tram on Národní třída in Prague and thrown several meters has had a horrible pre-Christmas experience. She ended up in the hospital with a serious head injury. You’re dealing with politics by accident.
On Wednesday, December 21, a fifteen-year-old girl came out of Purkyňova Street in the direction of Spálená. Apparently, she didn’t look around enough and stepped into the path of a tram that was just arriving at the Národní třída stops in the direction of Karlova náměstí.
In footage shared by the Facebook page Transport in the Czech Republic, it can be seen that the driver had no chance to prevent the collision. The tram threw the girl several meters. The driver, who started braking immediately, was fortunately able to stop just in front of the lying girl. One of the passers-by rushed to help, but several other people at the bus stop just watched the event.
records that the footage is not suitable for sensitive natures.
“The girl suffered a serious head injury. After treating her respiratory tract, the paramedics took her to the hospital in Motola,” Jana Poštová, spokeswoman for the Prague ambulance, told CNN Prima NEWS, adding that a doctor also intervened on the spot.
I’m now dealing with politics after the accident. “We are investigating the incident as an accident,” said police spokesman Jan Rybanský, adding that due to the girl’s age and the future investigation, he would not provide further details.
