(ANSA) – NAPLES, JAN 21 – Checks continue in Naples in the area of ​​Piazza Garibaldi and in the surrounding areas arranged by the provincial command of the Carabinieri of Naples with the use of the soldiers of the Stella company who with the staff of the local ASL have made use of the precious contribution of the colleagues of the Campania regiment and of the units of the special departments.

During the operations, the Carabinieri of the Secondigliano station arrested a 48-year-old from the place already known to the police. A provision issued by the Court of Naples was pending on the man and the military tracked him down and arrested him: he will have to serve the sentence of 1 year of imprisonment in home detention.

The Carabinieri of the labor inspectorate core reported the owner of a beauty salon, in the staff room without the required training nor the mandatory medical examination. The commercial exercise was also suspended by the Nil and Nas military themselves for non-compliance with the municipal regulation, for the hairdresser a fine of 11 thousand euros.

The owner of a construction company engaged in a construction site was also reported for violating safety regulations. For the man also a fine of 8 thousand euros.

Prevention, fight against crime but also food safety. The Carabinieri del Nas have closed – due to serious hygienic-sanitary and structural deficiencies – a bakery in the area. During the investigations, the military also seized 80 peppers of various products intended for baking.

The owner of a pastry shop where 350 kilos of untraceable sweets were seized and the owner of a pizzeria were also fined. In this case, the Carabinieri suspended the kitchen production line due to sanitary and structural hygienic deficiencies and seized 75 kilos of untraceable food products.

Last sanction also for the owner of a massage center where the carabinieri have ascertained non-compliance with the consolidated text on safety. (HANDLE).
