Shoot in Naples, young man in hospital but it’s yellow on the version: “They made me get out of the car and attacked”
Wounded to left hand finger from a shot in the course of an alleged robbery attempt which took place on Thursday evening, 19 January, in Naples in the Soccavo district. According to what was reconstructed by the police, shortly after 9 pm a 32-year-old man arrived at the emergency room of theSan Paolo hospital of Fuorigrotta aboard your own car. Assisted by doctors, he was judged curable in 30 days.
To the policemen of the General Prevention Office who intervened in the emergency room in via Terracina, the 32-year-old, whose name is Joseph Simon Petrone and has little history with justice, he said he was injured during an attempt to robbery. A version currently being examined by the police who found neither shell casings nor traces of blood at the place indicated by the 32-year-old.
According to his version, the episode would have taken place in via San Domenicoroad that connects the district of I sucked with the Vomer. He was in his own car when he was allegedly approached by two young men riding a scooter. Usual scene: distorted face and pistol in fist. “They wanted to rob me” explained the 32-year-old that he would get out of the car on the instructions of the two criminals and then oppose the attempted robbery. A scuffle ensued with the 32-year-old who was then injured by a gunshot wound to the finger.
Another circumstance that needs to be clarified is related to the scooter on which the two alleged robbers were travelling: the vehicle was in fact found in via San Domenico where the 32-year-old says he suffered an attempted robbery. Investigations are underway both on the scooter and through the video surveillance cameras in the area.
