Genoa, defamed one of the prosecutors in the David Rossi case: today on trial
The trial a Massimo DeLucathe one who was considered the “super witness” of the red light parties in Siena that emerged during the investigation into the death of David Rossi, the head of communications of Mps who fell from a window of his office, in Rocca Salimbeni, the bank’s headquarters, on 6 March 2013.
De Luca, defended by the lawyer Massimo Rossithe prosecutor of Siena is accused of being threatened and defamed Nicholas Marino and the entrepreneur Antonio Degortes.
According to the indictment, supported by the adjunct Vittorio Ranieri Miniati, De Luca in 2019 would have delivered tickets and letters of threats and would have accused the two of having participated in the alleged parties. Marini was present at today’s hearing, defended by his lawyer Henry DeMartino. De Luca’s lawyer raised three preliminary questions and the hearing was postponed until June.
After the hearing, Marini’s lawyer filed a new explanatory brief with the Public Prosecutor’s Office to ask for the investigation to be dismissed for aggravated forgery in which the magistrate is being investigated together with his colleagues Aldo Natalini And Antonino Nastasi. The three magistrates owned the file on the death of David Rossi. The objection raised is that relating to the failure to record the search, with related computer inspection and seizure, of the room used by Rossi.
