Turkey sincere in normalization with Armenia – Yeni Şafak
Negotiations for the re-normalization between Turkey and Armenia are progressing positively. Between the first of the talks, a year was thrown over as growers redirected direct flights between the two countries and the barriers to direct air cargo trade rose. After the Second Karabakh War, which started between Azerbaijan and Armenia in September 2020 and lasted for 44 days, the ice started to melt again between Ankara and Yerevan.
A SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ASSIGNED
Following the positive message from Ankara and Yerevan, special representatives were appointed for the normalization talks to begin between the two countries. Former Ambassador to Washington, Serdar Kılıç, Deputy Head of Turkey’s Armenian Representation, Ruben Rubinyan, was appointed as the special manager within the scope of the Yerevan management dialogue process.
ERDOĞAN HAS ACCEPTED PAŞINYAN

The sources noted that technical execution continues for the implementation of the decision to enable the completion of the third country administration between Turkey and Armenia. Sources stated that there is no date yet for the fifth normalization talks, that some procedures should be taken for it to be held, and that they want the next talks either in Turkey or Armenia.
