Stefano Bonaccini in Pisa to present his candidacy for secretary of the PD
Thursday 12 January Stefano Bonaccini, candidate for the national secretariat of the Democratic Party, will be in Pisa where he will present his ideas and proposals for the party and the country. “I have decided to support Bonaccini’s candidacy in training which, through his leadership and administrative experience, we can rebuild a modern centre-left partytruly reformist and capable of responding concretely to people’s daily needs and priorities. The congress we have before us can be a great opportunity to return to being protagonists in the country and I would really like you to be able to listen to his proposals on work, growth, the fight against inequalities and on the two great challenges of our century: ecological transition and digital transition. We want to go back to being a popular party, capable of writing a future of hope for the country” added Antonio Mazzeo.
“Thanks to Stefano Bonaccini we plan to realign the Democratic Party to the country priority. Going back to dealing with work in all its forms, from the employee, to companies, passing through professionals and VAT numbers. Only through the cooperation of all economic and social forces is it possible to create that community pact, necessary to build inclusive, just and sustainable societies. With this ambition, many militants and voters have given their willingness to participate in the motion and to promote the committees in support of Bonaccini which continue to be set up throughout the province. A sign that there is a lot of will to restart and rebuild a new PD” concludes Mario Iannella, provincial coordinator of the motion.
