So, if no one knew what horrors are found in the agriculture of the Kaliningrad region, if this did not happen by chance, but accidentally drove into someone else’s rapeseed field in the Chernyakhovsky district and harvested.
Although the parties disagreed in assessing the outcome, one thing was established for sure – on November 4, 2020, an employee of the Kaliningrad Meat Company (part of Miratorg) M.M. Svoboda Agro LLC sowed winter crops.
Machine operator Vasiliev was caught red-handed with the machine operator of the lawful owner of the land. Svoboda Agro is owned by an entrepreneur with German roots, Heinrich Melhop, who has been working in the Kaliningrad fields since 2018. The reserve firm with the Miratorg subsidiary will compensate for the damage in the amount of 1.37 million rubles (well, at least not euros).
But the parties did not agree on the details. The Kaliningrad Meat Company does not deny in principle that its tractor driver has gone astray, however, in Afghanistan, the data on the tractor route are completely different: according to the GPS tracker installed on KLASSe, mowed rapeseed costs only 174,862 rubles.
The court, which is possible on December 22, 2022, also relied on these data. Why? Svoboda Agro did not wait for the representatives of the other side to participate in the meeting of the act of meeting, and the act itself was drawn up only 5 days after the merger. The court could not assess the damage from the photographs. As a result, the area of mowed small rapeseed crops decreased in the right field from 25 to 5.3 hectares. And this is completely different money.
But Svoboda Agro still has the opportunity to appeal the court’s decision.
