The Commune from Annecy (Haute-Savoie) launched a financial support scheme for young people aged 18 to 30 of his city, who would like to have a professional experience abroad.
That mobility is carried out thanks to the offers of internships and summer jobs published by the City of Annecy on its website, particularly from partner cities (Bayreuth in Germany, Vicenza in Italy and Sainte-Thérèse in Quebec) to the municipality .

“The City of Annecy provides funding in the form of grants to support the departure of young people from its territory. The scholarship awarded may not exceed 70% of the total cost of the mobility project. Its amount varies according to the duration of the stay, the destination and the reception conditions, within the limit of a maximum of €2,000,” specifies the town hall.
In the municipalities that are partners in the scheme, accommodation, food and local transport could be taken care of by the city.
