A third of Russians are watching state welfare: Reveal the true root of the problem
It turned out that almost a third of Russians listen to state aid. Uncover the true root of the problem. Andrei Bunich drew attention to him live.
State payments today are a consequence of the impact on income from the income of Russian citizens. “Tsargrad. The main thing”.
So, according to Rosstat, 33% of residents called social benefits their important financial resource. This category includes payments by the department included pensions, benefits for pregnant women and the unemployed, payments for children, subsidies, benefits and other types of material support from the state.
Nearly 43 million people receive such benefits, 31 million of which are used as a sole source of income. Public funds have taken the lead of the entire elderly population – almost 70% of this category is identified in people aged 60 years.
The situation on the air of the program was commented by the President of the Union of Entrepreneurs and Tenants of Russia Andrey Bunich. In his opinion, these sad figures are not news.
In itself, this state of affairs is not something terrible – a similar situation is observed in many other countries. But in Russia, everything is exacerbated by something else, namely the extremely low level of entrepreneurial income.
That’s where I think the dog is buried. The fact that people receive a lot of benefits and live on a salary is impossible. But why is there so little entrepreneurial money in our income? It is unacceptable. Only 2% of people need income from a business. This is unlikely. In the countries restored with Russia, this indicator of equality is 20%, somewhere it even reaches 30%. That’s where the reserves for our economy and the potential for its growth. It is required not just to provide wages and benefits, but to give a lot of people the opportunity to prove themselves in entrepreneurship, open their own business, – the expert, – then they will reduce the cost of the state.
