The director of “Serbiagaz” Dusan Bayatovic said today that the gas connection with Bulgaria will be completed by the beginning of the next heating season, Serbian media reports.

According to him, there will be no problem with the completion of the Serbian route from Nis to Dimitrovgrad. According to him, the Bulgarian side will make the first welding by February 1. According to him, this contract will be concluded for three years, and the price of gas will be calculated according to the oil formula, which means from 310 to 408 dollars per 1000 cubic meters. Vucic produced then that this price is the best in Europe, TASS recalls.
Bayatovich told RTS that the deliveries of Russian gas via TurkStream are being carried out without any problems.
He added that Serbia has sufficient transport capacity and that all compressor stations are in perfect condition, and the storage in Hungary Serbia has more than 280 million cubic meters of gas, while the Banatski Dvor storage has 286 million cubic meters of gas.
