A few days ago, the Ministry of Ecological Transition and the National Agency for Territorial Cohesion, via a rent map, revealed even more precise figures. In Toulouse, the average price per m² of a rental apartment is 13.50 euros. In towns with more than 20,000 inhabitants in Haute-Garonne, it is then Blagnac (12.50 euros) and Tournefeuille (12.30 euros) the prices are the highest.
