Historical agreement signed: Turkey will provide 1.5 billion cubic meters of natural gas transfer annually to Bulgaria
A cooperation agreement in the natural gas field was signed between Bulgaria’s state natural gas distribution company Bulgargaz and BOTAŞ.
According to the historical agreement, approximately 1.5 billion cubic meters of natural gas will be transferred annually between Turkey and Bulgaria.
MINISTER DÖNMEZ ANNOUNCED ON TVNET LIVE
Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Fatih Dönmez answered the questions under the moderation of Serhat İbrahimoğlu, responsible for Net View at TVNET, and said that Turkey would sell natural gas to Bulgaria.
Minister Dönmez’s statements are as follows;
“The level we have reached in energy is pleasing and proud.
It is not right to expect a radical price drop before the war is over. We are ready to do our part in overcoming the energy crisis.
In all households without exception, 75 percent of the natural gas is supplied by the state, and 25 percent is reflected to the citizens. We have to decide, continuing trade with subsidy rates in 2023.”
HISTORICAL AGREEMENT WITH BULGARIA
The agreement was signed by Minister Dönmez, saying that ‘An important agreement will be signed between Bulgargaz and BOTAŞ tomorrow’.
