The stoppage is scheduled for the period between 00:00 on the 3rd of January 2023 and 23:59 on the 8th of January 2023. However, for the 4th and 5th of January, minimum services have been defined, foreseeing the circulation of Alfa Pendular trains , Intercidades, Regional, InterRegional, International, and even the Oporto, Coimbra and Lisbon Urban Trains. CP also recalls that customers who have already purchased tickets for these days will be able to request “a refund of the total value of the ticket” or “free revalidation for another train of the same category and in the same class”.
These requests will have to be appreciated at the ticket offices or by completing the online form at place from the carrier.
