Attacked and stabbed in the Termini Station by an individual who then walked away after being filmed by the railway yard cameras.
A 24-year-old Israeli girlon vacation at Rome for a few days, she was injured on Saturday afternoon and it’s time hospitalized with a reserved prognosis at the Umberto I Polyclinic. It would not be life threatening. The victim would have been hit by at least three blows and fell to the ground.
The news was learned in the afternoon. The young woman was in the Capital and she would have gone to the station to buy a ticket for today for the train to Fiumicino from where he was supposed to take a plane back to Tel Aviv.
The reasons for the injury are unknown at the moment of the girl.
It is not excluded that the attacker may have tried to rob her, or as often happens in the Roman railway yard, the young woman refused to be helped, for a fee, by someone in buying a ticket from an automatic vending machine.
The fact is that according to the first investigations the 24-year-old would have been shot from behind, then she was rescued by some passers-by who called 118.
