Warsaw announced the construction of new municipal flats. The estate will be built in several districts: Rembertów, Białołęka and Włochy. In a replaced city exchanged for a new house in Rembertów. Is there a chance for a real change in the problematic Warsaw construction market?
– Last week we signed a protocol for the module module, this time in the Rembertów district. We are building a four-story, multi-family residential building with service premises, a garage on the ground floor, land development and greenery as well as initial infrastructure at ul. Barbers – Deputy Mayor Aldona Machnowska-Góra.
From the 2nd to the 4th floor, 24 residential units have been designed with an area of 903.04 square meters. Each apartment will be available terrace or balcony. The completion date is the effect at the end of 2024 with an investment amount of up to PLN 11,296,800. Currently, there are 340 municipal premises in Rembertów, in which 727 people live.
Capital City of Warsaw also construction of a municipal building at ul. Marywilska in Białołęka. About 60 apartments with services on the ground floor and in the underground part with a garage for passenger cars are to be built. Then the Capital City Reconstruction Board, together with the Association of Polish Architects, announces a competition for a joint complex of buildings at ul. 1 Sierpnia 30 B in Włochy district. The construction of approx. 300 apartments with services, a parking lot and the development of green areas will be carried out on the property. The complex of buildings will be created for the purposes of municipal construction.
Reconstruction of a residential building at ul. Solec 46 and ul. Solec 46A. Funds in the amount of PLN 25.7 million were reserved for the task in the Multiannual Financial Plan. The investment is to be delivered in December 2021. Until the end of 2022, funds are currently spent in the amount of approx. PLN 12 million. The end of the standard contract is on June 30, 2023.
According to the above-mentioned estimated districts, in order for 1,000 families to live in the city center, it is necessary to invest PLN 525 million in 26 buildings. It would also create community user citizens, eg for young people entering the labor market. The authorities of the district estimate that these sums are smaller than what the government wants to use, for example, for the reconstruction of the Saxon Palace.
