It will be easier to travel to Prague from Jesenice and Mělník during peak hours
Bus service will change slightly in several places in central Bohemia from the new year. In Voticka, it is mainly a reaction to the commissioning of a new section of the railway line, where the traffic was moved after leaving the Střezimíř station, and the associated subsequent changes in public transport. But it will only be about partial adjustments to the timetables, when the buses here have already adapted to the changes on the railway. In addition, the connection between Prague and Mělnick and Jesenice in Prague-west will be strengthened during peak hours.

The changes, which usually come into effect on Tuesday, January 3, will affect thirteen bus lines of the Prague Integrated Transport in Central Bohemia and three in the capital. In the metropolis, this is mainly about expanding the night service of the Komořany area, when route 917 will go through the Do Koutů and Nové Komořany stops; on the other hand, the current night line 955, running from Ruzyne Airport to Tuchoměřice, will end. A small change, which may please some passengers, awaits the Prague line 111: on working days in the afternoon, the route of some connections will be extended by the Dubeč–Koloděje section.

In the morning rush hours of weekdays, when many people go to work and schools in Prague from Jesenice and Vestek, this route should be more comfortable to travel on. There will be more buses on lines 326 and 327: the intervals on them will be shortened from 12 minutes to 10. Not only in the morning, but also in the afternoon, more buses will also run between Mělník and Prague. This applies mainly to line 349, which will be strengthened more significantly according to the prevailing flow of passengers (ie to the metropolis in the morning and back in the afternoon), but also to 369: it will also receive morning reinforcement, but more connections will be added in the afternoon. 467 from Mělník to Roudnice nad Labem will also be strengthened on weekdays in the morning. On the contrary, on line 348, some connections on working days in Mělnick will have a shortened route: specifically, a section from Neratovice to the neighboring village of Libiš. Already from the beginning of January, the stops Boreč, cihelna and Boreč, at the intersection, will be established here for one connection of line 689 on weekdays in the morning.
From the beginning of the week, the modification of route 629 in Kladensk also applies: on working days, one pair of morning connections will be extended by the Druzec–Dolní Bezděkov section. Passengers traveling in the Mladoboleslavska section using route 667 from Horky nad Jizerou to Brandýs nad Labem will have to pay attention: on working days, one morning service will be shortened by part of the section along the D10 highway and at the same time around the river: from Horek nad Jizerou to Benátek nad Jizerou.
Out of more than half a billion crowns for small municipalities, 410 million are awaiting payment
Changes are also planned in the immediate vicinity of the metropolis. One morning service of line 395, traveling from Dobříš to Příbram, will depart from Mníšek pod Brdy in Prague-west on weekdays – which will allow you to travel directly without a violation, as in the days when the bus stop at the D4 highway was in operation; especially students going to school used it a lot. In Prague-East, one pair of connections of line 368 (i.e. the connection from Prague) will be extended by the Baštěk–Předboj section on weekdays in the evening. Also in Prague-East, on the other hand, one connection of line 372 on weekdays in the evening skips the Klecany stop, D8 Park.
Another novelty is the shift of Církvice stops to Kutnohorska, in connection with the opening of the village bypass. In Prague’s Kunratice (near Šeberák), a new stop marked Vožická is being built for two day lines and one night line.
