Warsaw. The city hall is building public housing in several districts
New council flats will be built in several Warsaw districts, between Rembertów, Białołęka and Włochy. In turn, a four-story building is being reconstructed in Śródmieście.
The number of flats prepared and built in the investments of Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego and municipal buildings is a total of 2,195 flats, including 1,446 in TBS and 749 in municipal construction.
Currently, there are 340 municipal premises in Rembertów, in which 727 people live.
– Last week we signed a protocol for the module module, this time in the Rembertów district. We are building a four-story, multi-family residential building with service premises, a garage on the ground floor, land development and greenery as well as internal infrastructure at Cyrulików Street – Deputy Mayor Aldona Machnowska-Góra. – One of the many municipal construction investments that we will carry out – she added.
The 2nd to 4th floors will be occupied by 24 residential units with a frequency of 903.04 square meters. Each apartment will have a terrace or balcony. According to the city hall announcement, the completion date is at the end of 2024, the investment amount is up to PLN 11,296,800.
60 apartments in Białołęka and 300 in Italy
The town hall will also build a municipal building at Marywilska Street in Białołęka. About 60 apartments are to be built there, with an economic service on the ground floor and garages for passenger cars in the underground part. “Offers under the PFU Functional-Utility Program can be operated until January 5, 2023 via the MarketPlanet platform” – implementation of the town hall in the entrance.
The Capital City Reconstruction Board together with the Association of Polish Architects also favored a competition for a joint complex of buildings at 1 Sierpnia 30 B Street in Włochy district. The construction of about 300 communal apartments with services, parking and development of green areas is planned there.
A four-story building in Śródmieście
Reconstruction of a residential building at Solec 46 and Solec 46A is also underway. As the town hall was informed, the allocation of PLN 25.7 million was commissioned for this task in the Multiannual Financial Plan. In turn, PLN 13 million for non-refundable support from the BGK Subsidy Fund.
Investment taken in December 2021. A four-story building with a basement and commercial premises on the ground floor is to be built. – Works are on schedule. Until the end of 2022, about PLN 12 million is to be spent – Monika Beuth, spokeswoman for the town hall, explains. The contract ends in June 2023.
81,365 council premises happened at the end of 2021
– In the years 2018-2022, the city hall allocated over PLN 1.05 billion for renovations and modernization of buildings and premises, including PLN 412 million for investment expenditures and PLN 245 million for renovations of about 9,000 municipal apartments – calculated Monika Beuth. As added from the beginning, 12,793 households received housing assistance as part of municipal premises.
At the end of 2021, the city stock counted 81,365 units, check for help, and the number of all communal and TBS flats completed in 2015-2022 amounted to 1,183 units.
