According to the Jobbik president, Hungary is not a normal country
He also said who was responsible for this. Can you guess what he meant?
“In a normal European country, it would work like this: the EU money due to you would reach you” – this is how Márton Gyöngyösi began his opinion published on his Facebook page. According to the president of Jobbik
Hungary is not considered a normal country because of the current Fidesz government.
The politician considers himself a true conservative, so in his opinion, he would act differently in relation to EU funds: “However, as a responsible, conservative representative with the interests of Hungarian citizens in mind, I firmly reject Fidesz’s right to deprive Hungarian citizens of their resources…”

In his short post, Márton Gyöngyösi also addressed the correct way of distribution according to EU subsidies: “…and I will do my best to ensure that Hungarian municipalities and non-governmental organizations can benefit from direct funds!” His opinion completely coincides with the opinion of Anna Donáth of Momentumos, who is also fighting for municipalities and civil organizations to be able to directly apply for EU funds.
