Rome, a thought for the family of Francesco Valdiserri. The Friedkins: “We are heartbroken”
Roma dedicates a shirt to Francesco Valdiserri, who disappeared on the night of last October 19 hit by a car on the Cristoforo Colombo. Francesco was a great Roma fan, student-musician, his parents are fighting daily for safety in the streets. Roma chose to stay close to the family, Luca and Paola, Francesco’s father and mother, both journalists for Corriere della Sera and to Daria, his sister, with the words (“We had our hearts broken…”) and with facts. Dan and Ryan Friedkin dedicated a yellow and red “number 10” to them with the name Francesco on it, inspired by Totti and with the signatures of the team, including that of José Mourinho, ““My family was heartbroken. I heard that Francesco he was a wonderful boy full of passion. I would have loved to meet him. The club will always be close to you. Accept this shirt. We know he was a loyal fan and he will certainly cheer for us from above.” Ryan.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart #As Roma for the affection he continues to show for Francesco. He was a loyal fan, as Vice President Ryan Friedkin wrote. And a daydreamer who believed Roma could beat Barca 3-0 as opposed to his skeptical dad #helloFra pic.twitter.com/LXhtJu8pUG

Luca, the father, posted the photo of the t-shirt on twitter, thanking the Friedkins. “Thank you from the bottom of my heart to #ASRoma for the affection they continue to show for Francesco. He was a loyal fan, as Vice President Ryan Friedkin wrote. And a daydreamer who believed Roma could beat 3-0 the Barca as opposed to his skeptical father”.
