Hanover. Two robbers attacked a supermarket in Hanover-Döhren on Wednesday evening. According to the police, the strangers threatened a cashier at Edeka on Borgentrickstrasse with a gun and stolen cash. The perpetrators were able to flee on foot before the alarmed officers arrived. Now witnesses are being asked for.

According to the police, the men entered the supermarket around 8:30 p.m. and only stayed longer in the shop. “They then suddenly went to the checkout area and threatened the employee with a gun,” says spokeswoman Anne Wellhöner. She demands cash, the cashier is said not to have resisted. With the booty the robbers escape.
Supermarket raided: Police are asking for information
The threatened, the perpetrators as about 1.80 to 1.85 meters tall, both wore dark mouth and nose masks. The age of one is also estimated to be around 25 and was believed to be wearing a dark jacket, dark hoodie, light-colored jeans and a fanny pack.
