The 18e edition of the Salon Régal (agricultural and recreational taste meetings) Sud de France invites gourmands, gourmets and latecomers to the end-of-year celebrations to meet at METT, the new exhibition center in Toulouseto discover 165 local producers who want to produce well and eat well.
La Maison Larroque, the star of the weekend
More than 550 local and quality products : testing and buying them will of course be the first perspectives of visitors, but also taking part in the workshops (there will be more than 100), and meeting professionals who are passionate about their profession. The “star” of the weekend will be the prestigious Larroque Housespecialist in local products made from duck and pork, which will welcome the public for the first time to present its products and new products to the general public of the region.
Party platters and menus
A real showcase for the members of the farmers’ cooperative Arteris, the Larroque brand, created in 1980, offers traditional recipes such as cassoulet from regional products. “We will have a charcuterie tasting stand and our flagship products. We will obviously have holiday trays and menus, in particular stuffed and boneless stuffed holiday poultry, ”explains Sophie Fresneau, manager of the Larroque store in Montauban (Tarn and Garonne) – the two Toulouse brands being named Occitan market.
The prestige and reputation of Maison Larroque are the quality of Occitan products. Pushing the door of a Larroque store, or coming to meet Arterris, a farmers’ cooperative and major employer in the region, means being sure to taste and buy high-quality local produce.
The Arterris cooperative at Régal Pro
The first Agri & Agro event dedicated to professionals in Toulouse, the Régal Pro show will be held simultaneously with its cousin for the general public.
The Arterris cooperative will take part in this event by presenting its professions, for which it is currently recruiting more than 30 profiles in Occitania in its various areas of activity (agricultural, agri-food and mass distribution). Arterris federates more than 15,000 farmers members with multiple skills, from different regions and cultures, the equivalent of a farm of more than 350,000 hectares of crops supported daily by a team of more than 2,300 employees.
