The group will have the opportunity to show the choreography presented at one of the congresses promoted by the UNESCO International Dance Council.
The 29 finalists, out of a total of 150 dancers, from locations from north to south of the country, competed on the stage of the Municipal Pavilion of Luso, on Sunday, December 4th, to become the winner of the 2022 edition of «Portugal a To dance”.
The runners-up were the duo Joana Maia and Joana Rodrigues, from Montijo, and the third was Maria Manuel Borges, from Lousã.
«Portugal a Dançar» is the biggest national dance competition, an innovative concept created in Portugal. It is one of the main national competitions, being the only one of this scale totally free.
In addition, it is open to all dance styles and all ages, thus allowing democratic access for all those who wish to compete.
It complements its offer in each location it passes through, with free workshops in different styles of dance for the entire population.
