Saint-André Fair Tuesday, December 6
The traditional Saint-André fair will be held in downtown Annecy on Tuesday 6 December. Nearly 800 traders and around 50,000 visitors are expected.
Consequences for parking and traffic
From Monday December 5 at 8 p.m. to Tuesday December 6 at 11:30 p.m.: the parking of vehicles and cycles will be prohibited in the streets where the various markets are held as well as in the following streets:
– Saint Dominic
– From the post office
– Sommeiller (between rue de la poste and rue des Glières)
– Glières
– Camille Dunant (between rue Joseph Blanc and rue St-Dominique)
– Jean-Jacques Rousseau
– President Favré
– From the station
A temporary bike park will be set up from Monday December 5th to Wednesday December 7th, near the motorcycle parking lot (town hall parking lot).
Traffic will be prohibited from Monday December 5 at 8 p.m. to Tuesday December 6 at 11:30 p.m. in the streets of the markets and the streets mentioned above.
On the day of the fair, rue Sommeiller will be reserved for the circulation of urban and interurban transport and taxis in both directions, from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m. Traffic will be alternated.
The dedicated site on rue Carnot-avenue de Brogny will be reserved for urban, interurban, taxi and local transport in both directions. Traffic will be alternated.
Deliveries will be prohibited throughout the perimeter of the fair on Tuesday December 6 from 4:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
