Anouk Déqué is elected president of FCE France
New functions for Toulouse. Monday, November 21, Anouk Deque, a Toulouse entrepreneur, saw herself climb an additional step. During an election of the national network of Women Business Leaders (FCE) FranceAnouk Déqué was elected president of the association at the national level.

The FCE France network
Since November 21, the Toulousaine has taken up her new duties. They consist of managing 62 local delegations throughout France. The FCE France network has more than 2,000 contractors that is more than 100,000 employees for an Administrative Board of more than eight billion euros as explained by the FCE France. The ambitions of the new president are as follows:
Being a female entrepreneur in France today marks a double success, as a woman and as a entrepreneur. It is therefore a huge challenge for all women today. By taking over the presidency of FCE France, I intend to bring my stone to the building to unite these women and be useful to them on a daily basis by helping them to grow together. We want to break limiting thoughts and develop female entrepreneurship,” explains Anouk Déqué.
The new office that accompanies the new president is composed as follows:
- Carole GRATZMULLER – President of Etna Industrie located in Argenteuil.
- Sylvie PLUNIAN – Director of the Catova Company in Marseille.
- Véronique RUSSO-CORNEC – Cegexco Méditerranée chartered accountant.
- Séverine WERQUIN-MATTON – Governing Family of Governance in Isère.
- Patricia VIALLE-MARTIN – Deputy Managing Director of Abel Crabos Establishments, based in the Landes.

A Toulouse woman at the head of the association
Very invested in the life of entrepreneurship, Anouk Deque studied law before launching as an entrepreneur with her communication agency in her name. More than 30 years, it develops in Toulouse but also in Occitanie. His specialty is development and communication for companies and institutions.
Her CV is full, because in parallel with her business, Anouk Déqué was president of the Confederation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (CPME) of the Upper Garonne from 2004 to 2016. She also went through the Chamber of Commerce for more than 20 years. She held several positions as an elected member of the CCI Occitania or even as president of the “Strategic and prospective data” commission then first vice-presidency of the CCI of Toulouse from 2016 to 2021.
In 2017, she received the silver prize for communicating women in Occitania from the national association “Les Femmes de l’économie”. In 2019, Anouk Déqué climbed a new level by being elected president of the FCE Haute-Garonne delegation. After three years at the departmental level, she was called to the national presidency of FCE France with more than 98% of the votes.
