A crowdfunding campaign for women’s safety
Starting from the observation that “8 out of 10 women have already suffered physical or verbal aggression”Margaux, a 29-year-old young woman and her mother Véronique who live in Saint-Maurice de Gourdans, have decided to launch a Crowfounding campaign to market their anti-aggression alarm.
“Like most women, the more time passes and I am more and more afraid to go out alone, whether it is to do my shopping, a jog, join my girlfriends”explains Margaux on her Crowfounding page which is hosted on the site Ulule.
The young woman wondered “comment there? » and thought of a strident anti-aggression alarm system.
“My project is therefore to market an armband like the ones you wear for running, in a smaller size with an alarm that will have a discussion effect”she specifies.
Margaux decided to use “the power of social networks” as evidenced by this tweet. So if the project speaks to you, feel free to share or contribute.
