General
ARNHEM – On Friday evening 2 December, athletics club Ciko’66 will organize the first edition of the evening run of Rondje Nederland in the Dutch Open Air Museum in Arnhem.
Every year, the daylight running competition is a great success and on Friday evening, December 2, there is just as much running fun in an attractively lit Open Air Museum. The trail is suitable for all ages. You can participate from the age of four and all athletes up to the age of 12 receive a medal at the finish.
At the start, each runner receives an illuminated bracelet, which makes the Open Air Museum even more festive. The first start is at 6:00 PM. One accompanying person per child may enter the Open Air Museum for free. Supporters pay 6.50 euros entrance fee. Admission is free with a Museumjaarkaart or VIP card Vrienden Loterij. Parking is free that evening.
You can register via the registration form on the website https://rondjenederland.com . Registration is possible until December 1.
As with the day edition, there is also a prize for the schools to earn. The school with the most participants wins a challenge trophy that must be defended again on Sunday 12 March 2023.
The distances are: 450 meters (4-5 years), 1250 meters (6-12 years), 2.5 kilometers (7-12 years) and 5 kilometers (from 13 years).
