Classification and results of the Leb Oro: Andorra continues as the leader, Palencia holds second, Estudiantes fell to a good Alicante and Burgos won with suffering
The eighth day presented the second defeat of the course for Estudiantes and also for Lleida, although in their case it was on the leader’s court, an Andorra that clearly prevailed and makes it clear that for now it is the strongest team in Leb Prayed.
The schoolboys lost a duel at the last minute that was always tight in Alicante although Javi Rodríguez’s men had advantages in the second half and in the final minutes, but they lost it and then the game in those decisive seconds, where the locals were better. The ‘Estu’ missed the contribution of his two shooters, Hugues and Jorgensen.
Burgos is going up with another victory that will give them confidence, although Tau Castelló made it difficult for them until the end. Palencia won their visit to Cantabria Torrelavega and is still second on average with Andorra.
