In total, 90 French local authorities have decided to use the system EcoWatt, following the consequences of the energy crisis.
Ecowatt sends warning signals
“A veritable electricity forecast, Ecowatt qualifies the level of consumption of French people in real time. At all times, clear signals guide the consumer to adopt the right gestures and to ensure a good supply of electricity for all,” explains the electricity transmission network on its website.
EcoWatt sends a red signal three days before the risk of power cuts in the territory in question.
