Rome: a cursed road, Via di Casal Boccone, which is about to bloody the capital again with another death. Riccardo, 47, a worker of Peruvian origins and father of three children, was returning home on the evening of Friday 18 November, to embrace his family again, when a car ran over him making it fly away for several meters, with a very heavy fall on the asphalt, when it was just after 7pm.

The man lived with his wife and children in an occupied building located not far away, still on Via di Casal Boccone.
The impact took place at number 100 of the cursed streettheater of several accidents over time because dimly lit, without bumps and with discolored signs, practically at the crossroads with via Ugo Ojetti, not far from the Porte di Roma shopping centre.
We are now trying to investigate the possible causes of the worker’s investment, it seems that after the construction of some road works, the pedestrian crossing in that stretch of the artery was never restored and this could have influenced the tragic affair.
Immediately the rescue and transport by ambulance to the Sant’Andrea hospital in red codeand therefore the hospitalization, with the doctors who almost immediately declared brain death, his life is hanging by a very thin thread, the wounds sustained are too many and too deep.
Immediately on the spot, in addition to the health workers, the local police also attempted a desperate rescue, but the man’s conditions immediately appeared serious, with, on Saturday 19 November, the news of the brain death of the 47-year-old.
At this point we will wait a few more hours before definitively disconnecting the oxygen that keeps Riccardo alive and the soon hours will be decisive in this sense to find out more.

The man had got out of his Citroen C1 to check his stationary and broken down car. Unfortunately, a few moments later, he was hit by another car that was oncoming at that precise moment. Despite immediate help from the 118 operators, there was nothing they could do for the man.
