EXCLUDED 100%. A kingpin of the Izards on the run arrested in Toulouse: a story worthy of Netflix
HA is considered one of the former bosses of narco-trafficking in Izards, a northern district of Toulouse plagued by trafficking and the settling of scores with automatic weapons, particularly in 2020. Indicted and imprisoned for attempted murder in gang, the individual with a sulphurous reputation organized and defended by Me Alexandre Martin had been released by the investigating chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal. The fault of a period of pre-trial detention (imprisonment without trial) too long for the taste of European jurisprudence. Except that the supposed thug, probably fearing being spotted by the rival gang “had made the trunk” we slip a source close to the file. At the end of last week, HA until then on the run for not having respected his judicial control would therefore have been arrested by the police of the anti-gang. Expert in intelligence and shadowing, the Toulouse research and intervention brigade (BRI) allegedly grabbed the boss on the outskirts of Toulouse, at the southern toll in the direction of Perpignan.
Does the boss have a contract on his head?
According to our information, HA would have reason to fear reprisals: he would have escaped at least one settling of accounts. Monday September 7, 2020 in the early morning, an 18-year-old young man, considered to be one of HA’s lieutenants, was shot dead in a car in the Lalande district. According to the investigations required since then, the victim – Ameur Bouazza – had borrowed the car of the incarcerated “boss” a few hours before the shooting. The shooter could have confused the young woman injured at his side that day with HA, also of strong build. Conclusion therefore: a death by mistake and a collateral victim hit in the abdomen in a marked vehicle perhaps by the killers (!).
A man boasts of having “smoked” “the big one”, except that…
The Scorsese movie-worthy storyline doesn’t end there. The alleged shooter was arrested thanks to transcripts from “cracked” encrypted telephones: the Belgian authorities have indeed infiltrated a network taken from European thuggery. Consequence of this hacking: three million conversations were found at the disposal of European judges and investigators. During a conversation, the alleged killer of Bouazza, thinking he had “smoked the big one” (his nickname) would have talked too much on his “cryptophones” and admitted his participation. He has since been indicted as part of an open judicial investigation for drug trafficking, money laundering and murder in an organized gang and recidivism… HA was presented to the judge in charge of the case and imprisoned, the Toulouse DTPJ pushes a sigh of slowdown, the caid of the caïd probably caused a few sleepless nights at the central police station in Toulouse. The thriller of the Izards is not over.
